How do I track my Order?

Once the order is placed, you will receive an email from us within 0 to 30 minutes. If it is not found in the inbox, check your spam or junk folders. You can also check the same in your profile's My Orders page

Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?

Eligible items can be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt of the product. Please note the refund will be only issued once we get the product undamaged.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can choose to pay with a Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), Net banking, or UPI. Cash on Delivery is not Available.

Shipping

What shipping options do you offer?

We're working hard to get your order packed quickly. It usually takes about 1-3 business days for us to pack and ship your order. Express orders placed after 12 pm PT ship the following business day.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are applicable based on your delivery location and typically range between ₹40–₹90 across India.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently the delivery is across India only.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The return/exchange request must be raised within the specified return window (e.g., within 7 days of delivery).

Please note that certain products are non-returnable, including used cookware, hygiene-related items, and customized products.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected and approved. After approval, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.

Products priced below ₹350 are not eligible for refunds.

Please note that shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.

Please ensure the product is securely packed before dispatch. Returns sent without prior communication or approval may not be accepted.

How do I return or exchange a gift?

Gifts are non refundable.

Warranty

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, subject to normal domestic use of the product.

What is not covered under warranty?

The warranty does not cover physical damage, burn marks, scratches, dents, or damage caused due to improper handling. Products used for commercial purposes are not covered if they are intended for domestic use.

What is required to claim warranty?

To raise a warranty claim, a valid invoice copy must be provided at the time of claim submission.
