Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact

  • Invoice / proof of purchase is mandatory

Certain products are non-returnable. Please refer to the “Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items” section below.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return request, please contact us at

Once your return request is approved:

  • Our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your address

  • Customers must not send products using their own courier

  • If a product is sent via a self-arranged courier, Anjali Kitchenware will not bear any courier charges

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product is received in a damaged or defective condition:

  • Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Share a clear unboxing video along with product images

  • Claims without proper evidence may be rejected

Subject to verification, Anjali Kitchenware may offer (at its sole discretion):

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Store credit


Missing Items

  • Claims related to missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Requests raised beyond this timeframe or without clear unboxing evidence may not be accepted


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted only if the return request meets eligibility criteria

  • Once approved, our team may issue a coupon code

  • The coupon must be redeemed within 15 days

  • Direct product-to-product exchanges are not supported


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

No return or refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Products priced below ₹350

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation or usage contrary to instructions

  • Delay in reporting beyond the allowed timeframe

  • Hygiene-related products

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products below ₹350 reported as damaged at the time of delivery (no exchange or refund will be applicable)

Refund Policy (Post-Delivery)

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing timeline: within 10 business days after approval

  • Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from the company’s side:

  • Shipping charges

  • COD charges

  • Convenience or payment gateway fees


Important Notes

  • Items returned without approval will not be accepted

  • Anjali Kitchenware reserves the right to approve or reject any return, refund, or exchange request after inspection

  • Policies are subject to change without prior notice
