Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions, operational disruptions, or unexpected order volume), dispatch timelines may be delayed.

  • Ordered items are typically shipped within 3–4 business days from the date of order. Estimated dispatch dates are subject to change without prior notice in case of delays beyond our control.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders are delivered as per the following estimated timelines:

  • Regional Orders: 2–5 business days

  • National Orders: 4–10 business days

Shipping Methods

Courier Delays & Force Majeure

Anjali Kitchenware shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, or severe weather

  • Strikes, lockdowns, pandemics, or government regulations/restrictions

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation.

Shipping Costs

  • The standard domestic shipping charge is ₹30 per 500 grams of packaged product.

  • Any special handling charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping & Shipping Discounts

  • A shipping fee is applicable on all orders, regardless of order value or destination within India.

  • From time to time, Anjali Kitchenware may offer shipping fee discounts, which may range up to 100% off the shipping charge.

  • Applicable shipping offers will be displayed on the product page, offers section, or checkout page.

  • Free or discounted shipping is applied after product discounts and before taxes and handling charges.

  • Shipping discount coupons are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

  • In case of refunds (due to returns or any other reason), the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Coupon Codes

  • Coupon codes are valid until deactivated by Anjali Kitchenware.

  • Only one coupon code per customer is permitted.

  • Coupons are valid for customers within India only.

  • Discounts do not apply to shipping charges, handling charges, or taxes unless explicitly stated.

General Shipping Information

  • Anjali Kitchenware strives to fulfil all orders in a timely and efficient manner.

  • If a package is returned for any reason, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

  • If an order is refused or returned to us, the order value will be refunded excluding shipping and handling charges.

  • Product exchanges are not accepted.

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including PIN code and nearest landmark.

Customer Responsibility After Delivery

Limitation of Liability

In all cases, the company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the product purchased.

Warranty (If Applicable)

  • Warranty, if provided, covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Physical damage

    • Burn marks, scratches, dents, or impact damage

    • Damage due to improper usage or maintenance

    • Commercial use of products meant for domestic use

  • Warranty claims must be supported with a valid invoice copy.
